NCI-VA Initiative

ECOG participates in the NCI/VA joint initiative to expand veteran's access to cancer clinical trials

An agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI) paves the way for more NCI clinical trials to be available at VA facilities across the country. In selected cases, the VA also will pay the medical care costs of veterans who enroll in NCI trials at non-VA facilities. Prevention, diagnostic, and treatment trials are included. More information is available in the press release and other links below.
